Soft, Editorial & Cozy — A Studio Maternity Session in Long Beach

Sharing some favorites from a recent maternity session in studio. I love outdoor sessions, but really, I just love my studio so much. It is private, calm, and designed entirely around the light and mood I have always wanted to create. Less of a traditional photography studio and more of a canvas for me to create art in. Central to both Los Angeles and Orange County, it is a space I built specifically to bring a certain kind of image to life,  soft, editorial, warm, and completely intentional. This is what a session here looks and feels like.

A session here is not just about showing up and taking pictures. It is a full experience. Because the space is completely private we are never rushed, never distracted, and never at the mercy of weather. It is just you, the light, and this season of your life. My style sits somewhere between editorial and cozy with a little romantic woven in — elevated and modern but never cold. For this session we kept it beautifully simple. One of my favorite knit sweaters, relaxed pants, soft natural light. The space does the rest.
